Lila, Deer Valley Ski Patrol’s most experienced Avalanche Rescue dog at 11 years old, has worked more seasons keeping skiers safe at Deer Valley than many of the patrollers.

Here she awaits the arrival of her handler Sue Anderson into the patrol shack, or she may have caught a whiff of bacon, I’m not sure 🙂
