Grand Valley Bank Community Concert Series Brings Free Music to Deer Valley’s Mountains
The Grand Valley Bank Community Concert Series, presented by Mountain Town Music, is a time-honored, free celebration of music held at Deer Valley’s Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater. The weekly event is in partnership with Mountain Town Music, a non-profit organization designed to produce, foster and support live music, which enhances the cultural experience for Park City and Summit County residents and visitors. Annually, Mountain Town Music produces over 200 concerts each year in Summit County, Utah and produces numerous outreach programs and educational concerts for local students.
The Grand Valley Bank Community Concert Series is free for all ages and highlights various musical acts Wednesday nights from June 20 to August 22 at 5:30 p.m. Dancing, singing and the joyful celebration of music is encouraged. This year’s musical showcase includes: Triggers & Slips Sammy Brue Take 5 Smiling Souls Troubadour 77 Aiko Breakfast Klub Yolanda Live PC Give PC Community Jam Session All shows are performed rain or shine, are family friendly and guests are welcome to bring picnics, blankets and chairs less than nine inches high; animals are not permitted. To complement the evening concert, Gourmet Picnic Bags are available for purchase and are filled with delicious epicurean items from Deer Valley’s kitchens, and include gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and children’s meals. Orders must be placed and purchased by 5 p.m. the day prior to the event; cancellations will not be accepted after that point.
