Grab and Go Dining Options at Deer Valley

Need a few rapid-fire tips on how to stay successfully fueled while skiing?   

Deer Valley Resort is helping mitigate the spread of COVID-19 by making more to-go options available. From old favorites to some fresh new options, dining slope side this season will carve out opportunities for memorable experiences and a nostalgic look at simpler times. Scroll through this article for grab and go options for dining on the go at Deer Valley.

Deer Valley Grocery-Café is located in the Deer Valley Plaza building in the Snow Park area. Enjoy breakfast and/or lunch at the Grocery-Café in grab and go style. Choose between ready-to-eat or frozen gourmet take-away items.  Begin your ski day with freshly roasted coffee and espresso drinks, baked goods and avocado toast. Using local seasonal ingredients, they also serve panini sandwiches, soups, salads, and the amazing Deer Valley Turkey Chili.  

Enjoy fresh seafood in the comfort of your own home or condominium from Seafood Dining’s take-away menu. Just place your order before 5 p.m. the day prior to pick up. Seafood Dining is located in the Snow Park Lodge. Their satisfying seafood palette includes Mexican shrimp, Alaskan crab, Hawaiian tuna poke, salmon and lobster along with Applewood smoked ribs, wagyu sirloin roast and more.   

Located at the top of Flagstaff Mountain, Cushing’s Cabin serves up quick to-go bites. Accessed by Quincy Express, Ruby Express, Silver Strike Express and the Northside Express chairlift, you can indulge on sweets, espresso drinks, housemade cookies, muffins and again…the amazing Deer Valley Turkey Chili.  Limited outdoor seating is offered slope side this ski season. 

Enjoy a selection of fine Italian cuisine at The Brass Tag located in the Lodges at Deer Valley. The enchanting atmosphere harkens to Park City’s silver mining heritage with a full bar available. After a day on the slopes, hearty lasagna, bruschetta, ravioli, gnocchi, brick-oven pizza along with soups and salads will satisfy any skier. Phone orders are also available by calling 435-645-6632. 

Next to Silver Lake Lodge, Royal Street Express offers creative American and international cuisine to-go. Menu options include tasty appetizers such as street corn guacamole with chips and freshly baked jumbo soft pretzels. Also available are fresh salad and chili, delectable chicken, pulled pork, and brisket sandwiches, yummy lobster rolls, hearty burgers, beer, beverages, sweets and more. Enjoy their offerings slope side or take them home with you. 

Don’t miss the selection of specialty grilled cheese sandwiches, soup, charcuterie, sweets, snacks, hot and cold beverages and ice cold beer at Empire Grab and Go, just outside of Empire Canyon Lodge.  

This spring Deer Valley is grilling at the Silver Lake Grab and Go. Located on the deck of Silver Lake Lodge, cheeseburgers, hot dogs bratwursts and more are being offered this spring. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis on the deck or at the ski beach and ordering on the Deer Valley or Ikon Pass mobile app will let you keep making turns while your food is grilling.

The Snow Park Grab & GO/ETC. offers freshly brewed coffee, an array of specialty espresso drinks, our mascot Quincy’s frozen yogurt treats, and a selection of breakfast and lunch items.

With more options available inside their on-mountain lodge restaurants, along with these great grab and go options, there is no reason for anyone to go hungry this winter at Deer Valley Resort!
